If you need contractors, cleaners, movers, I can assist you. I will also stage your home, photograph, and list your home on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and many other sites. We will have a solid plan so your home is in tip top shape and ready for its new owners. You can rest assured that I will do the heavy lifting so the experience is easy for you. You have enough to worry about besides all the details of properly selling your home. Let me take the burden from you. If you need to sell your home in order to buy, I am a pro with coordinating “Contingent” offers. If you are buying locally, I can work with you to find your new home and negotiate for you as well as facilitate the often complicated process. If you are buying out of the area I will connect you with a real estate pro. This makes the transition much easier because I will be at the helm coordinating everything.
